- Directors were all emailed new audio files for O Ignis Spiritus that need to be immediately implemented. ( if you did not recieve the new tracks contact Rachel Lavender)
- There were two drafts and the EERC recordings were operating on an earlier score edition, which does not match the edition the students have currently.
- This new piano track will be used at area auditions in January. The voice part tracks are voice part "dominant" and obviously do not have the singers performing text over them, but the rhythm now matches the O Ignis sheet music, which is what your students have.
- The measures in question are m 77 (rhythm/text issue) and m 100 (pitch for B1). If this is selected as a cut by the Region Officers, any mistakes made regarding those specific measures will have consideration from all judges. Consistency and understanding in judging will be most important if selected - as well as discussed in the Judges' meeting (if selected).
